FAQ
 Question:Is this a good replacement for the drawstring on gi pants? How many % does it stretch? I need it to stretch a little (25%) but not too much.
Answer:I think that this would work well for You. I needed to Repair a Doggie Lounge Chair that had a smaller cord around it... Making it so that When they would get on it that it would bounce a little. A Large Dog got on it and broke the cord.... using this cord I have had no problem and it gives just enough not to damage the Material. I just placed another order today to repair another one.
 
 Question: Does this have a core with a sleeve on the outside? I'd like to use it to sleeve electrical wire
Answer: It does have a woven sleeve on the outside and the core is a bunch of strands. I don't know how you would get the sleeve off it's pretty tight, I just tried a piece and it just frayed when i tried topull it off. I would just use wire sleeve, it might be cheaper too.
 
Question: Would this be suitable for repairing an anti gravity chair
Answer: This is pretty stretchy, you may want a tighter elastic for that project. If the people using it are light weight, then it would probably work, or if you stretch it pretty tight when threading thru the loops. Hope this helps.
 
Question: Can this be cut to specific lengths without sacrificing it's integrity?
Answer: Put electrical tape around the spot you want to cut prior to cutting. Then cut down the center of the tape and it should remain. If the rope begins to fray just use a lighter and singe the tips and you'll be good
 
Question:Will this decay over time if used outdoors?
Answer:We are currently using this outside. It's been out in full elements (sun/heat, rain, snow, dirt) for 8 months. It seems to be fine, but I'm sure the life of the bungee has been shortened.
