All along, the small Lujiazui area in Pudong, Shanghai has a dense population and concentrated tourist attractions, making it a well-known tourist distribution center in Pudong and a window to display the image of Pudong tourism. In order to better meet the needs of the masses for tourism and life, create a good tourism experience environment, help Pudong build a core area of ​​smart tourism city, and aim at the working conditions of the tourist service kiosk, Pudong launched this smart tourism service facility. It provides a demonstration for Shanghai's tourism transformation.

The hardware facilities of the kiosk were designed by the street artificial intelligence project team under the Shanghai Zero Carbon Center, which made artificial intelligence go to the streets and improved the quality and standards of government department inquiries; through 24 hours a day The uninterrupted and efficient service replaces the traditional four-shift manual management, which effectively saves the cost of the original manual inquiry service.

Since the hardware facilities of the kiosk adopt the newly developed carbon fiber material developed by the Zero Carbon Center, the constructed kiosk is lighter and stronger, and can effectively prevent space radiation and impact. The carbon fiber material is 25 times stronger than ordinary steel. The weight of the house and other facilities built with this carbon fiber material can be greatly reduced, and the construction speed is also fast. It has received wide attention and favor from all sectors of society.

At present, the tourism service pavilion construction project is the first development pilot project of the Shanghai Zero Carbon Street Artificial Intelligence Project Team, which has been recognized and endorsed by the relevant departments of the Pudong New Area and the community.
