The materials and accessories for windows shall conform to the current national standards, industry standards or local standards; strictly control the wall thickness deviation of the profiles to ensure that the wall thickness meets the requirements of the design dimensions and the mandatory provisions of the national standards.

Except for stainless steel, the selected materials and accessories shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and contact corrosion with aluminum alloy profiles shall not be allowed.

The aluminum alloy doors and windows of the project are all processed in the workshop. The specific process flow is as follows:

Profile cutting→punching and milling→profile assembly→assembly bead→assembly sash→semi-finished product protection→storage production department according to the profile blanking list and processing drawing provided by the design department, and send it to the relevant operators.

Cutting process requirements and operating points

Check whether the surface of the profile is smooth, no obvious scratches, scratches and deformation, and the color is uniform. There is no foreign matter in the cavity of the profile and the protective film is intact.

According to the size and quantity of the profile processing, the cutting length tolerance is ±0.5mm, the angle tolerance is ±0.5°, the vertical deviation is ≯0.5°, and no obvious burrs are cut.

Prevent profile scratches during cutting, handling and storage.

The first piece must be inspected and inspected, and the size can be determined before production can begin.

Assembly process and operation points

Before assembly, the surface and dimensions of the profile shall be inspected. The surface shall be smooth and scratch-free. The assembly surface shall be free from contamination, oil, and assembled within 2 days after the profile is cut.

The number and size of the materials in the control group are checked. If any errors are found, they will be reported in time. It is strictly forbidden to assemble the components with the wrong materials, including the length, angle, section verticality, and lack of material.

After assembly, the surface of the profile shall be flat and uniform, and the height difference between adjacent components shall be <0.5mm.

The assembly size allows for a deviation of ±2.0 mm, and the diagonal size allows a deviation of ±3.0 mm.

Assembly bead

Before putting the glass, the window strip rubber strip must be intact, not falling off, and there is no warping phenomenon. The ends of the strip must be left about 2.0mm to prevent the strip from retracting.

Add shock-proof pads and load-bearing pads, and stick them with sealant.

For the installation of the glass bead, the upper and lower sides should be installed first, and the left and right sides should be installed to ensure the horizontal penetration. The assembled bead is horizontally pressed and vertical.

The butt joint gap of the bead is mm0.8mm, and the flatness is <0.5mm.

The glass block material is rubber, hard PVC plastic or ABS plastic;

The thickness of the glass block is 2-6mm, which should be determined by the frame fan (梃) and the glass gap.

The window members should be firmly connected, and the connecting portion should be sealed and waterproofed with a corrosion-resistant filling material.

The window structure should be of reliable rigidity and allow the reinforcement to be set as needed.

The width of the sash around the window frame and the fan should be uniform, and the deviation is ±1.5mm.

After assembly, there should be no sagging or distortion that hinders opening and closing.

The installation of the window accessories is correct, complete and firm, and should play their respective roles, and have sufficient strength, flexible opening and closing, no noise. Accessories that are subject to repeated movements should be structurally easy to replace.

Window glass, hardware, sealing and other accessories, the quality should be compatible with the quality level of the window.

When the glass is assembled, the gap between the glass and the inlay groove should be ensured, and the main part should be equipped with a shock absorbing block, so that it can buffer the impact of the opening and closing force.

Storage

The product should be placed in a clean, flat place.

The storage temperature of the product should be <50 °C, the heat source should be ≥1m, and the doors and windows should not be placed for more than two months at the installation site. When storing the door and window at an ambient temperature of 0 ° C, it should be placed at room temperature for 24 hours before installation.

The product should not be in direct contact with the ground. The bottom height should be ≥50mm, the finished product should be placed upright, the vertical angle should be ≥70°, and anti-dumping measures must be taken. The semi-finished products can be laid flat, and the bottom must be flat and solid to prevent deformation. It must be the same model specification and the height should not exceed 2m.
