Songjiang District Government Signs Agreement with Shanghai Textile Holding Group

On the morning of September 15, the Songjiang District People's Government and Shanghai Textile Holdings (Group) Company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Sun Jianping, the head of the district, and Zhu Yong, president of Shanghai Textile Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., officially signed the agreement, marking a new chapter in collaboration between the public and private sectors. The agreement outlines a comprehensive plan for both parties to focus on expanding their collaborative fields through joint ventures and cooperative models. By establishing open communication channels, they aim to promote mutual growth in key areas such as the fashion culture industry, real estate development, and urban construction, ultimately creating a win-win situation for all stakeholders involved. During discussions, Sun Jianping highlighted the rapid industrialization of Songjiang, which has significantly transformed the district from an agricultural base into an industrial hub. He noted that the development strategy of "One City and Nine Towns" has driven the growth of the Songjiang New City.
